Engineering Manager I, Preferred Proppants, Monahans, TX. Entry level manager responsible for process improvement, project management, maintenance and safety associated with
resin coating operations while maintaining compliance within the production unit. Duties include:
• Ensure that process safety management compliance is maintained within production unit
• Drive and support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality and manufacturing.
• Implement engineering projects per plant capital budgets.
• Provide technical and engineering support for Site Infrastructure and Utility systems to ensure safe and environmentally responsible operation
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
• Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
• Ensures that safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
• Monitor equipment spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor programmer logic controller and Control instrumentation systems of facilities to ensure proper functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
